NärCon

NärCon is the largest event of its kind in northern Europe.
A 4-day festival that brings over 20,000 visitors, ranging from artists and cosplayers to content creators and casual visitors.
The Main Stage, a large festival stage, is home to several competitions, one of which is The NCC, one of the largest international cosplay competitions in the world.
Dance Competition Intro
Made to be played before each contestant in the Swedish Kpop Championships. The idea was to build tension and anticipation in the audience while buying the performers some time as they got ready on stage.
Highlighting the performers' silhouettes brought excitement while maintaining a level of mystery.

NCC Bumpers
Two visuals used to transition between pre-recorded interviews with the contestants and the live broadcast,
to which I designed the audio.
With performances often dipping into fantasy worlds, I wanted to create something magical while keeping it modern.

Live Audio Mixing
Throughout the festival, we host many live shows at the Main Stage. We arrange cosplay shows, concerts and dancing competitions, often requiring a lot of planning, adaptability and logistics.
I've done live mixing at the summer and winter NärCon events since 2024. As the PA mixer, I am responsible for what the live audience at the venue hears.

To the right is a conceptual intro inspried by Visa Cashapp Racing Bulls' online series Nine To Drive, combining the elements of racing with office life.

A looping graphic for a convention made to be seen both in the broadcast and at the venue, before and after shows.

Hype Animation
An animation made to hype up the NärCon crew, showed during the crew meeting on stage LEDs. The volunteers, ("pandas"), cheered to "fill up" the thermometer.

Dance Competition Intro
An earlier iteration of the KSM heartbeat shown further up. It blends the motions of dance with the rhythmic hearbeats, using the colours of the Korean flag.

STIM Music Room
Songwriting, Recording, Post-Production
A project hosted by Studiefrämjandet and STIM.
After a nationwide selection process, four groups were invited to bring their songs to STIM's headquarters in Stockholm to continue working on them under the guidance of songwriters/producers Maya Rose and Beatrice Jaksch.
We were also tasked with writing an entirely new song, following a chosen lead.
I participated as a producer, working as a duo on our projects.
